The hotel's exceptional location allowed easy access to local shops and dining. The firm bed provided a good night's sleep, but the absence of a hair dryer was inconvenient.

The openness of the lobby made everything feel spacious and bright. It reminded me of my favorite sunlit garden. Friendly staff always greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel right at home during my stay.
Need more accessible seating in common areas.

Room was very clean and maintained well during our stay.
No elevator access forced us to carry heavy bags up to the third floor, which was quite inconvenient.

My stay in Keystone was good. The location near Mount Rushmore allowed for beautiful exploration, and rooms offered comfort. Though the lack of an elevator posed challenges with luggage, the friendly staff and clean accommodations made it worthwhile.

I wasn’t ready for this!
While the location is unbeatable, nestled steps from the town's heart, I was taken aback by the room's outdated decor and firmness of the beds. The cleanliness was commendable, but little details like the thin towels and lack of breakfast detracted from the experience. Still, it's hard to beat the convenience!

We enjoyed visiting the local shops and checking out the beautiful scenery nearby. The staff was super friendly and gave us great tips for places to eat. The location made it easy to explore everything on foot!
The only downside was the lack of elevators for the upper floors, making it tricky to haul our bags up.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff
I had a great time staying here. The location is just steps away from downtown Keystone, making it super convenient to explore local shops and restaurants. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. However, it would be great if they could offer some breakfast options.

Family with children enjoyment, but not the cheapest
The hotel staff was friendly and eager to help. When I had a reservation mix-up, Jetton jumped right in to fix it. They even helped me park my motorcycle under cover before the storm hit! Such a rarity these days to find people who treat guests that way.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still worth it for the service.
